‘Innovation Showcase’ Speaker Quotes Scott M. Graffius
20 April 2019
BY SCOTT M. GRAFFIUS | ScottGraffius.com

Scott M. Graffius’ award-winning 2016 book, Agile Scrum: Your Quick Start Guide with Step-by-Step Instructions, includes: "If you don’t collect any metrics, you’re flying blind. If you collect and focus on too many, they may be obstructing your field of view."
In-House Recruitment (IHR) boasts: "Since 2009, IHR has empowered the UK’s in-house recruiters to be their very best. Open to all, our community exists to recognise, inspire, and educate."
On 7 February 2019, IHR hosted their In-House Recruitment Technology Conference at The Congress Centre London. Emma Güneş presented ‘Innovation Showcase – Landed’ at the event. She closed her talk with, "If you don’t collect any metrics, you’re flying blind. If you collect and focus on too many, they may be obstructing your field of view." However, she did not attribute the material to Graffius. A recording is on YouTube here. Regardless of Emma’s intent, her action wrongly leads others to falsely believe that she is the creator and owner of Graffius’ respective copyrighted content.
Graffius maintains, enforces, and protects his copyright and other intellectual property rights. Therefore, this communication is necessary to report the above issue and ensure proper attribution and respect for the author and owner of the content.
